Directly Photograph the Front/Back of the Medication Before Packaging
Litrea-i integrates a tablet packaging machine with an inspection support system. It is equipped with two high-performance cameras inside, which directly capture the front and back of the medication before packaging. Once the packaging is complete, the captured images are displayed in a horizontal row, reducing the burden of the inspection process.
Compact, But Equipped with More Cassettes
The motor base of the tablet cassette insertion part has been made thinner, increasing the number of cassettes loaded compared to the conventional Litrea-IV. A total of 130 cassettes can now be mounted. Additionally, the largest M cassette is implemented in the highest quantity, allowing for the automatic packaging of more tablets and improving the efficiency of the single-packaging process.
Accommodate the Newly Released Fixed Half-Tablet Cassette
The fixed half-tablet cassette is a new type of cassette that allows for quick dispensing by pre-filling tablets that have been cut in half using a separate hand cutter or similar tool. It offers a faster dispensing speed compared to existing half-tablet compatible UCs and half-tablet cassettes, making it ideal for facilities that frequently perform specific half-tablet single-packaging.
